Quies takes care of you
To protect your ears better than anyone
The ear is an extremely complex sensory organ. Unlike other sensory organs (the eyes or mouth), it does not close and has no way to protect itself! It is therefore easy to understand the importance of wearing ear protection. That’s why Quies has developed an entire range to take care of your ears in all circumstances.

Our ear protection range
To reduce and control snoring
While sleeping, the muscles of the mouth and pharynx relax, thus narrowing the airway. This causes the soft palate to vibrate noisily, and this is what is known as snoring. Quies has developed a range of products that act directly on the causes of snoring.

To take care of your ears and lips
The ears and lips are very delicate areas that require special care. Quies products meet different daily needs to provide comfort and well-being.

Quies takes care of our children
Taking care of your health starts in childhood. Children are very vulnerable to certain problems such as noise and lice, and therefore need extra protection.

Our Story
In response to a customer disturbed by night-time noises, a Paris pharmacist developed plugs made from wax and cotton known as “sourdines” or “mutes”. It was 1918 and they met with immediate success. The pharmacist found new associates and the company Quies was founded. The famous Quies wax earplugs, in their box decorated with a sparrowhawk, saved the nights of thousands of people.
Ever since the wax and cotton plugs, Quies has always had the same philosophy: to find gentle solutions so that everyone can feel comfortable in their surroundings.
Today, Quies employs 49 people and is still a family business, managed independently from major companies, ensuring it remains unfailing true to its values.
60 million Quies wax earplugs are produced every year and distributed in 20 countries.
Today, Quies is present in 20 countries and can be found in Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Denmark and in some countries in North Africa and the Middle East.
