10. DISPUTES – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of difficulty relating to the application of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, QUIES and the User must attempt to find an amicable solution. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, any dispute relating to the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Use will be submitted to the competent French courts
